This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.304 dated 16.11.2011 under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal.
I have gone through the record and have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
From the record, I find that as per the FIR, some candidates were selected under the Chairmanship of Sh.P.S.Ahlawat, IPS as Constable, Driver etc.Prior to allotment of constabulary numbers to candidates, photocopies of their driving licenses were sent to concerned licensing authority for verification of genuineness and as per the verification report, driving licence in respect of 41 candidates have been reported as fake.
Even, when some of the Gulati Vineet 2014.06.06 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh CRM No.M-19920 of 2014 -2- candidates pressed that their driving licenses are genuine, again verification report was called, in which the concerned licensing authority after checking two times, reported that original report is final and claims of applicants/candidates are bogus.

Sessions Judge, Karnal.
There are same allegations against the present petitioner also, though, he has not been named in the FIR.
Keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that present petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, I do not find any ground to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.
Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed.
