***** LISA GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioneRs.herein, are stated to be either Chief EngineeRs.who retired prior to 01.01.2006 or their legal representatives duly receiving family pension.

The prayer is for refixation of pension of the petitioners after fixing their pay notionally at the rate given to similarly situated Chief Engineers after the revision of pay scales w.e.f.01.01.2006.

When no action was taken on the demand made by the petitioneRs.a legal notice dated 20.04.2014 (Annexure P10) is stated to have been sent by the petitioneRs.Singh Omkar 2014.06.04 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh CWP No.11765 of 2014 [2].It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondents No.2 to 7 to decide their legal notice.
