.....of the indian penal code and secs.3 and 5 of the explosive substances act, apprehends arrest and has filed the application.2. i have narrated the facts and circumstances of the case in the order dated 12.03.2014 in b.a. no.1719 of 2014 and hence it is not required to be re stated. on that application, i have granted relief to accused nos.50 and 52 for a limited period. that was followed by accused nos.51, 53 and 54 filing b.a. 2112 of 2014 where, by order dated 27.03.2014, i have passed an interim order keeping the bail application alive.3. on hearing the learned public prosecutor and learned counsel , it appears to me that the petitioner herein is also facing similar allegations as accused nos.50 to 54. hence, i am inclined to grant interim relief bail appl. no.2310 of 2014 2 as under, as granted as per order dated 27.03.2014 in b.a. no.2112 of 2014. 1) petitioner shall surrender before the officer investigating crime no.960 of 2013 of the kuttiadi police station on 11.04.2014 at 10:00 a.m. for interrogation. 2) in case interrogation is not completed that day, the said officer can direct the petitioner to appear before him on any other date/dates and time which he shall.....

Petitioner is the 55th accused in Crime No.960 of 2013 of the Kuttiady Police station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 109, 120B, 324, 307 and 302 read with Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code and Secs.3 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, apprehends arrest and has filed the application.

2. I have narrated the facts and circumstances of the case in the order dated 12.03.2014 in B.A. No.1719 of 2014 and hence it is not required to be re stated. On that application, I have granted relief to accused nos.50 and 52 for a limited period. That was followed by accused nos.51, 53 and 54 filing B.A. 2112 of 2014 where, by order dated 27.03.2014, I have passed an interim order keeping the bail application alive.

3. On hearing the learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel , it appears to me that the petitioner herein is also facing similar allegations as accused nos.50 to 54. Hence, I am inclined to grant interim relief Bail Appl. No.2310 of 2014 2 as under, as granted as per order dated 27.03.2014 in B.A. No.2112 of 2014. 1) Petitioner shall surrender before the officer investigating Crime No.960 of 2013 of the Kuttiadi police station on 11.04.2014 at 10:00 a.m. for interrogation. 2) In case interrogation is not completed that day, the said officer can direct the petitioner to appear before him on any other date/dates and time which he shall comply. 3) It is directed that in case the petitioner is arrested in Crime No.960 of 2013 of the Kuttiadi police station, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer for a period of one month from the date of arrest on condition of the petitioner executing bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each before the arresting Officer and subject to the following conditions. Bail Appl. No.2310 of 2014 3 a) Petitioner shall report to the investigating officer as and when required for interrogation. b) Petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation of the case. c) Petitioner shall not intimidate/influence the witnesses. d) Petitioner shall not get involved in any offence during the period of this bail. e) In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the bail granted hereby is liable to be cancelled by the investigating officer by moving application before this court.
