***** AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that despite the matter being under active consideration of respondents for grant of family pension to her on the unfortunate death of her husband on 16.07.2011, till date, the family pension has not been released as one query after the other is being put to which the authorities are either not responding or are responding with incomplete information, although the petitioner has submitted all the requisite documents and details, which would entitle her for the grant of family pension.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the Accountant General, Haryana and District Education Officer, Nuh, District Mewat-respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively, which will be submitted within a period of three weeks from today and direction may be issued to these respondents to consider and finalise the claim of the petitioner within some specified time.

If such a representation is filed within the stipulated period, the same shall be considered and decided by said respondent Nos.2 and 3 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case the claim of the petitioner is accepted, the consequential benefits, if any, be released to her, in accordance with law, within a further period of one month.
In case the claim of the petitioner is not to be accepted, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
