**** MEHINDER SINGH SULLAR , J.(oral) Petitioner-Sharanjit Kaur wife of Inderjit Singh, has directed the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against her along with her other co-accused, vide FIR No.166 dated 14.07.2013, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 120-B IPC, by the police of Police Station Navi Bara Dari, District Jalandhar.

Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the Kumar Naresh 2014.05.29 14:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh CRM No.M-40021 of 2013 (O&M) -2- entire matter deeply, to my mind, the present petition for anticipatory bail deserves to be accepted in this context.

At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has submitted that the police has already prepared the cancellation report, to cancel the present case against the petitioner.
Moreover, the interim bail was granted to enable the petitioner to join the investigation, by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Sabina, J.).by means of order dated December 06, 2013.
As per the investigating officer, the petitioner has already joined the investigation.
He is no longer required for further interrogation, at this stage.

In the light of aforesaid reasons and taking into consideration the totality of facts and circumstances, emanating from the record, as discussed here-in-above, the instant petition for anticipatory bail is accepted.
