(Oral) This order shall dispose of the instant petition preferred under Section 438 Cr.P.C.seeking the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.82 dated 27.10.2013, under Sections 186, 353, 332, 427, 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Kabarwala, District Shri Muktsar Sahib.
On 23.04.2014, while issuing notice of motion, the following order was passed by this Court :- “Counsel would contend that as per F.I.R.the allegations are against a group of 15 villagers as also against certain companions who have not been named.
It is argued that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner, who is otherwise willing to join investigation.
Notice of motion, returnable for 21.05.2014.
In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer.
The petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and he shall remain bound by the conditions envisaged under Section Kanchan 438(2) Cr.P.C.”
