.....of 2013 titled as manvinder singh bhatia versus state of punjab and another. crm m-24167 of 2013 has been filed for quashing fir no.143 dated 4.12.2012, under sections 498-a, 406, 506, 34 ipc , registered at police station division no.2, pathankot, district gurdaspur, whereas crm m-24137 of 2013 has been filed for quashing fir no.3 dated 21.1.2013, under sections 323, 382, 506 ipc, registered at police station c division, amritsar city, on the basis of compromise. the matter involved in crm m-24167 of 2013 is matrimonial dispute and the dispute involved in crm-m-24137 of 2013 is off shoot of the above said matrimonial dispute. the report of the trial court was called for. the report has been received in which it is mentioned that the matter has been settled in both the cases. so, in view of compromise and in view of authority reported as kulwinder singh and others versus state of punjab and others 2007 (3) rcr (criminal) 1052, both the abovesaid firs stands quashed. further proceedings, in pursuant to both the firs also stand quashed. Vide this order I intend to dispose of CRM M-24167 of 2013 Chugh Banita 2014.05.14 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh Crl.M.No.M- 24167 of 2013 -2- titled as Harjinder Singh and others versus State of Punjab and another and CRM-M-24137 of 2013 titled as Manvinder Singh Bhatia versus State of Punjab and another.

CRM M-24167 of 2013 has been filed for quashing FIR No.143 dated 4.12.2012, under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 34 IPC , registered at Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot, District Gurdaspur, whereas CRM M-24137 of 2013 has been filed for quashing FIR No.3 dated 21.1.2013, under Sections 323, 382, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station C Division, Amritsar City, on the basis of compromise.

The matter involved in CRM M-24167 of 2013 is matrimonial dispute and the dispute involved in CRM-M-24137 of 2013 is off shoot of the above said matrimonial dispute.

The report of the trial Court was called for.

The report has been received in which it is mentioned that the matter has been settled in both the cases.

So, in view of compromise and in view of authority reported as Kulwinder Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, both the abovesaid FIRs stands quashed.

Further proceedings, in pursuant to both the FIRs also stand quashed.
