(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court with a grievance that despite they being entitled to the regularization of their services w.e.f.01.10.2003, the date on which their juniors have been regularized, their claim has not yet been considered and decided.

It is stated that the claim of the petitioners is covered in their favour by the judgment passed by this Court in LPA No.1037 of 2012 titled as State of Haryana and others versus Ved Pal and otheRs.decided on 25.07.2012 (Annexure P-6) and LPA No.836 of 2013 titled as The State of Haryana and others versus Mohammad Farookh and another, decided on 30.04.2013 (Annexure P-7).Prerna datta 2014.05.01 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh CWP No.8075 of 2014 2 Counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have served a legal notice dated 19.12.2013 (Annexure P-5) upon respondents No.2 and 3, which has, till date, not been considered and decided.

He states that the petitioneRs.at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Forest Department, Haryana-respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 19.12.2013 (Annexure P-5) served by the petitioners within some specified time.
