R.A.No.184 of 2014 Prayer in this application is for review of the order dated 18.03.2014 passed by this Court.

It is the submission of the counsel for the petitioner that at the time of hearing of the case, he could not bring it to the notice of the Court that there is a common seniority for all the Class-IV employees maintained jointly when the cases for promotion to the higher post are to be considered whether they are posted in one Press or the other.

He contends that there are three different Government Presses where the employees are serving and since the cadre was common, the seniority had to be maintained by the Kumar Ramesh 2014.04.22 09:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh Civil Writ Petition No.5063 of 2014 :2: respondents and the benefit granted accordingly for promotion.

CWP No.5063 of 2014 Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one by improving the pleadings in the writ petition and supporting the claim on the basis of other documents.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
