The petitioners have approached this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of direction to the official respondents not to take any further action on the complaint made by private respondent No.3 in which the petitioners have been directed to join enquiry primarily on the ground that earlier two enquiries, in regard to the same allegations were conducted, one by the Assistant Commissioner of Police (West).Amritsar and the other by the Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime).Amritsar and reports (Annexure P-3 and P-6).respectively were submitted in favour of the petitioneRs.It is further submitted that the petitioners are being harassed due to repeated enquiries by different police authorities.
