(Oral) Notice of motion.
On asking of Court, Mr.Varun Sharma, A.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State.
Counsel for the petitioner has supplied copy of the petition to the State counsel.
Mr.Deepak Sharma, Advocate has put apperance on behalf of the complainant.
Heard.
FIR in this case was got registered by Kuldeep Kaur, who had entered into an agreement to purchase a shop with Neelam wife of Sukhdev Singh.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the property belongs to the father of petitioner and had devolved on Neelam and the petitioner as per the will of their father.
There is no agreement executed by the petitioner in favour of the complainant.
The allegation is that the entire amount was paid by Neelam out of which the petitioner had also got the share.
The allegation levelled in the FIR prima facie discloses no role of the petitioner in the deal with the complainant.
It is still a matter to be seen during investigation.
