(Oral).The petitioneRs.claiming themselves to be major (petitioner No.1 having been born on 26.7.1990 and petitioner No.2 having been born on 26.9.1990) and averring that they got married as per certificate given by a Granthi of Gurdwara Guru Nanak Niwas Sahib, village Karor Kalan, Tehsil and District Mohali (Annexure P-1) seek protection of their life and liberty qua respondents No.4 to 6.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners would be satisfied if Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran – respondent No.2 is directed to look into the representation dated 18.2.2014 (Annexure P-5) already moved by the petitioners in this behalf (duly supported by certificate of marriage Annexure P-1, proofs of date of birth of petitioners No.1 and 2 respectively showing that they were major on Kadyan Vinod Kumar 2014.02.19 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh Crl.
