(Oral) The instant petition has been preferred under Section 438 Cr.P.C.seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.24 dated 02.03.2013, registered under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Amargarh, District Sangrur.

Heard.

The learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that during the investigation, statement of the complainant-Manager, PUNGRAIN, was recorded by the Investigating Officer, wherein he has stated that in terms of the Award dated 12.12.2013, the land of the Sethi Atul 2014.02.07 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh CRM-M-213-2014 (O&M) -2- petitioner stands attached.

The value of the land is around Rs.3.5 crores, whereas the recovery of Rs.1.44 crores is to be effected.

The attachment of land is a circumstance in favour of the petitioner.

The recovery of the amount of the complainant is no longer in question in view of the agreement reached.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2014, is made absolute, subject to the following conditions:- 1.

That he shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; 2.

That he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer and; 3.
