Today, when the connected case i.e.CWP No.12279 of 1990, titled as “Fateh Singh versus The State of Haryana & others”.

was taken up for hearing, counsel for the State had produced a communication dated Harish Kumar 2014.01.20 10:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP No.13553 & 16617 of 1990 -2- 20.11.2013 in which the claim of the petitioner in the said writ petition was considered by the respondents in the light of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.15792 of 1990, titled as “Risal Singh & others versus State of Haryana & others”.
