(circuit bench sitting at new delhi) order (no.179/2009) s. usha, vice-chairman: counsel for the applicant shri sushant singh was directed to file change of vakalathnama as he had sought adjournment on 10.2.2009 on the ground of change in counsel. shri tejinder singh representing on behalf of shri sushant singh undertook to file vakalath before the next date of hearing. inspite of adjournments being granted on the same ground, with the direction to file vakalath on the earlier three occasions, no vakalath has been filed. today, ms. neha kapoor representing on behalf of the shri sushant singh represents that they have neither received the vakalathnama nor do they have instructions to appear in the matter. accordingly, the main matter is dismissed for non-prosecution.
