Petitioner herein is the petitioner in M.C No. 68/2010 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II,Kollam, which is an application filed under Section 22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The learned Magistrate passed the interim order dated 07.08.2010 in C.M.P No. 4911/2010 registering the respondents 1 to 10 making in to the petitioner living of the petitioner share hold house. The petitioner on 01.08.2012 filed the petition against the respondents for violating the order in C.M.P No. 4911/2010. Another petition dated 01.08.2012 for impleading the respondents 6 and 7 in the complaint and another petition on 29.09.2012 for a direction directing the respondents to restore the facility of the share house holded and the Police to direct the life of the petitioner. The copy of the aforesaid petition are marked as Annexure A5,A6,A7. The petitioner also filed another petition dated under Section 233 of the Act for keeping the maintenance and minor child. The copy of the petition is marked as Annexure- A2. Crl. M.C No.5676 of 2013 2 2. It is submitted that Annexure-A5 to A8 petition are pending consideration before the learned Magistrate for the last several months. The same has not been considered till date. It is submitted that the delay in disbursing all Annexures-A5 to A8 is causing irreparable injury, injustice and to the petitioner and minor children.
3. The limited relief sought for in this Crl.M.C for a direction during and disburse all Annexures- A5 to A8 petition withtin a time limit to be fixed by this court. In view of the limited prayer sought for, this Court find as such there is no ncessity to issue notice to the party respondents viz., respondents 1 to 7. The Crl.M.C is disposed of directing the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II,Kollam to consider and dispose of the petitions.
