Learned counsel states that the petitioner got served a legal notice Annexure P-5 to the respondents and that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the said legal notice within any reasonable time.
I find it to be a fair request.
In the circumstances this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order by passing a speaking order thereon and if any amount is found due to the petitioner, the same be released to him within a period of one month thereafter, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to claim any due amount with interest at the rate of 8% p.a.from the date/s Nagpal Sunita 2013.09.26 12:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP No.21266 of 2013 2 the amount/s fell due till the date of payment.
