.....the parties, at this stage, the writ petition is disposed of by allowing the petitioner to approach the managing director, mineral area development authority, dhanbad (respondent no.1) with a fresh representation for seeking redressal of his grievances in relation to his post retirement dues, within a period of three weeks, together with all supporting facts and documents. on receipt of such representation, the respondent no. 1 shall consider the same in accordance with law and after proper verification of the service records of the petitioner, pass a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, which shall also be communicated to the petitioner. needless to say, if any post retirement dues and other service dues are found to be genuine and legally admissible, the same should be disbursed in accordance with the scheme framed for such retired employees of mada. the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 2. The petitioner is said to have retired on the post of Khalashi on 30th June 2011 from the services of the respondent Mineral Area Development Authority, Dhanbad.

3. According to him, his post retirement dues have remained unpaid despite several representations made. One of such representation is annexed as Annexure-2 to the writ application.

Learned counsel for the respondent Mineral Area Development Authority however submits that if the petitioner approaches the Managing Director, MADA with a fresh representation, his grievances shall be considered in accordance with law and as per the scheme framed for such retired employees of MADA.

5. In such circumstances, without making any comment upon the case of the parties, at this stage, the writ petition is disposed of by allowing the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Mineral Area Development Authority, Dhanbad (Respondent No.

1) with a fresh representation for seeking redressal of his grievances in relation to his post retirement dues, within a period of three weeks, together with all supporting facts and documents. On receipt of such representation, the Respondent No. 1 shall consider the same in accordance with law and after proper verification of the service records of the petitioner, pass a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, which shall also be communicated to the petitioner. Needless to say, if any post retirement dues and other service dues are found to be genuine and legally admissible, the same should be disbursed in accordance with the scheme framed for such retired employees of MADA.
