.....headmaster   which   was  affirmed vide annexure­5 dated 24th december, 2008 upon these  petitioners   have   been   cancelled   and   the   amount   paid   has   been  ordered to be recovered by order dated 14th march, 2013 passed by  the district superintendent of education, garhwa.  the impugned  order   annexure­6   has   been   passed   without   any   show   cause   or  notice to the petitioners, out of them five persons have also been  superannuated.   learned counsel for the petitioner submits that  the impugned order, therefore, is also in violation of principle of  natural justice.   learned counsel for the respondents­state prays for and is  allowed four weeks' time to seek instruction in the matter and file  their counter affidavit.  as prayed, list this case after four weeks i.e. on 25th october,  2013.  in   the   meantime,   no   steps   for   recovery   of   the   amount  already paid be taken against the petitioners.  (aparesh kumar singh,j) jk
