.....387 of the indian penal code, in connection with pirtand p.s. case no. 18 of 2013 corresponding to g.r. no. 725 of 2013. from the fir, it appears that the petitioner was apprehended along with other co-accused persons on 20.3.2012 and it is alleged that they were realising money from the vehicles impersonating themselves to be the police officers. from possession of the petitioner, one loaded pistol was recovered. in the facts of this case, i am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, sonu das @ sumit das, on bail. accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of sri p. k. goswami, learned judicial magistrate 1st class, giridih, or his successor, in connection with pirtand p.s. case no. 18 of 2013 corresponding to g.r. no. 725 of 2013. MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Vijay Kumar Roy, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. -------- 2/ 17.09.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Pirtand P.S. Case No. 18 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 725 of 2013. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner was apprehended along with other co-accused persons on 20.3.2012 and it is alleged that they were realising money from the vehicles impersonating themselves to be the police officers. From possession of the petitioner, one loaded pistol was recovered. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Sonu Das @ Sumit Das, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Goswami, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Giridih, or his successor, in connection with Pirtand P.S. Case No. 18 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 725 of 2013. ( H. C. Mishra, J.) R.Kr.
