Accordingly, the numbering as recorded in the deposition dated 22nd July,2013 shall be corrected and question No.270 should be read as question No.384.
The subsequent question numbers as recorded in the said order also need be corrected accordingly.
The department is directed to carry out such corrections and supply the corrected copies of depositions to the parties without any requisition to be filed by the parties.
The Court’s records shall also be accordingly corrected.
The plaintiff is permitted to disclose and rely upon further disclosures made on 7th August,2013, namely Final Interest Certificate and Civil Consumer Credit Information Report dated 16th November,2007.
Mr.Dhruba Ghosh shall file a supplementary Judge’s brief of documents disclosing the said documents in couRs.of the day.
The defendant bank has taken inspection of the said documents.
All parties and the department are to act on a signed photocopy of this order on the usual undertakings.
