(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused-respondent No.2, in case FIR No.64 dated 31.03.2012, registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act, vide order dated 07.11.2012, passed in CRM-M No.30310 of 2012.
