Inder Jain, the petitioner has brought this petition under the provisions of section 482 Cr.P.C.for appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 3 not to harass and humiliate him time and again in the absence of any case registered against him, at the instance of respondents no.4 and 7 with further directions to respondents no.1 to 7 to comply with the provisions of section 160 Cr.P.C.and to serve the petitioner with 10 days' prior notice if he was required in any criminal case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is President of Beopar Mandal Dabwali, District SiRs.for the last so many yeaRs.According to him, one Satish Kumar Modi committed suicide leaving behind suicide note naming nine persons as responsible for his death.

According to him, some of the police officials were among them and respondents No.4 and 5 are two of them.

He has further submitted that the police officials are putting pressure on the petitioner to prevail upon the family members of Satish Kumar Modi for compromise of the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that as the petitioner is not able to help them, he and his family members are being harassed and humiliated without there being any case registered against the petitioner.

I have gone through the petition.

No word is there as to what kind of humiliation the police officials are making the family members of the petitioner or the petitioner himself face.

However, calling of the petitioner every time is not permissible.

The provisions of section 160 Cr.P.C.should be complied with while calling some person in this manner.

In the aforesaid circumstances, I dispose of the petition Crl.
