This appeal is directed against an order dt.29.8.2011 passed in W.P.No.14065/2011 by which a writ petition preferred by the petitioners seeking directions for treating them as Peon and to provide consequential benefits was dismissed.
After arguing at length, learned counsel for the appellants seeks withdrawal of this appeal with liberty to approach the respondents for ventilation of the grievance or to take any other steps as are permissible to the appellants for ventilation of their grievance.
Though the prayer is opposed by Shri P.K.Kaurav, learned Dy.AG, but, considering the facts of the case, we allow the prayer of the appellants and dismiss the appeal with liberty as aforesaid, with no order as to costs.
