writ petition no.2434/2013 12.3.2013 shri shiv kumar dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner. heard on admission. the petitioner having lost the election of the office of president management committee of water consumer institute, phool, tahsil hanumana, district rewa has filed the election petition before respondent no.3 sub-divisional officer, on 18.10.2011. he has prayed in the present petition that respondent no.3 be directed to decide his election petition within a period of three months. after hearing the learned counsel for petitioner, i deem it proper to finally dispose of the petition with an observation that respondent no.3 sub-divisional officer shall make every endeavor to decide the election petition in question as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to the defending respondents. certified copy as per rules. judge ss

Heard on admission.

The petitioner having lost the election of the office of President Management Committee of Water Consumer Institute, Phool, Tahsil Hanumana, District Rewa has filed the election petition before respondent no.3 Sub-Divisional Officer, on 18.10.2011.

He has prayed in the present petition that respondent no.3 be directed to decide his election petition within a period of three months.
