Considering the grievance raised in this petition, we direct the petitioner to implead the Municipal Corporation, Jabalpur through the Commissioner as respondent No.2.
Necessary correction in the cause title be carried out within three days.
After correction in the cause title, petitioner to serve a copy of the amended petition to the standing counsel for Municipal Corporation, Jabalpur forthwith or to serve Municipal Corporation by payment of process fee within a period of one week by Registered post with A/D.
Notice be made returnable within three weeks.
So far as grant of ad-interim relief is concerned, it will be considered after hearing the Municipal Corporation.
On 15.4.2013, we specifically directed in this matter that some places are to be earmarked for public meeting in Jabalpur Township, as it is necessary requirement under the democracy.
This information be also furnished on next date of hearing.
