com.p.no.4/2007 2.11.2012 shri sanjay agarwal with shri anuj agarwal, counsel for petitioner. shri piyush bhatnagar, counsel for respondent. it is submitted by shri bhatnagar that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, petitioner herein has already filed an undertaking and the matter is under process. that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this company petition may be disposed of finally. to this learned counsel for petitioner submitted that till date no payment has been made, though the petitioner has completed its part and has submitted undertaking, as per settlement between the parties. to this shri bhatnagar submitted that within a period of thirty days from today, the matter will be processed and the petitioner shall be paid the amount as per the settlement. in view of aforesaid, statement made by shri bhatnagar, no further action is required. as the matter has been settled between the parties, so this petition is finally disposed of, in view of the settlement between the parties. no order as to costs. c.c., as per rules. It is submitted by Shri Bhatnagar that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, petitioner herein has already filed an undertaking and the matter is under process.

That in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this company petition may be disposed of finally.

To this learned counsel for petitioner submitted that till date no payment has been made, though the petitioner has completed its part and has submitted undertaking, as per settlement between the parties.

To this Shri Bhatnagar submitted that within a period of thirty days from today, the matter will be processed and the petitioner shall be paid the amount as per the settlement.

In view of aforesaid, statement made by Shri Bhatnagar, no further action is required.

As the matter has been settled between the parties, so this petition is finally disposed of, in view of the settlement between the parties.
