(13/02/2013) For the reasons stated in the order passed today in Connected Civil Revision No.72/2013 (Ram Pratap Dubey versus Wakf Khankah Nijamia Aga Chowk, Ranital and another).this civil revision also succeeds and is hereby allowed.
The impugned C.R.77/2013 2 order dated 9.1.2003 passed by learned Tribunal is hereby set aside and the case is sent back to learned Tribunal to decide the point of resjudicata afresh.
