It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, the issue raised vide this petition is squarely covered by decision rendered in Usha Ranawat v.
State of M.P.and otheRs.W.A.No.346/2008.
It is accordingly urged that, the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of regular pay scale from the initial date of appointment.
Learned Govt.
Advocate appearing for the State has no objection if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in light of the case of Smt.Usha Ranawat (Supra).In view whereof and without adverting into the merits of the matter, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for grant of increment from initial date of appointment and take a decision within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
In case the petitioner is not found eligible, respondents are directed to pass a reasoned order within said period.
The petition is disposed of finally in above terMs.No costs.
