Initially this case was listed yesterday but on taking up the same for hearing, no one was present to prosecute this petition hence, the same was kept as pass over matter, pursuant to it, it is listed today but the same position that no one is present to prosecute or to assist the Court to consider the question of admission.
In such premises, it appears that the applicant is no more interested in prosecuting the present petition.
Consequently, the same deserves to be and is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
On dismissal of the petition I.A.No.7305/12, the stay application does not require any further consideration hence, the same is hereby disposed of.
In such premises, it is observed that on dismissal of the petition, the interim order passed earlier has come to an end.
