Judgment:
1 W.P.No.3459/2013 14/3/2013: Shri Anirudh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner is a Senior citizen.
He is a retired employee and it is his case that he has retired from the post of Rural Agriculture Extension Officer in August, 1994.
While in service he was holder of a GPF Account bearing not A/NMP/19291.
It is stated that till date the Provident Fund account payable to the petitioner is not being paid and by bringing on record overwhelming documents with regard to communications made to release the aforesaid claim, prayer made is GPF claim of the petitioner be settled.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, for the present, without entering into the controveRs.on merits, it is directed that on the petitioner's filing certified copy of this order along with relevant documents before respondent No.2, respondent No.2 shall verify the account pass book and other particulars of the petitioner's service and forward it to the office of respondent No.3 for taking necessary action.
Both respondents No.2 and 3 shall decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of presentation of document before them.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
