1 w.p.no.3620/2013 14/3/2013: shri sanjay ram tamrakar, learned counsel for the petitioner. petitioner is working as khalasi in tansi project, western coalfields limited and it is his grievance that his date of birth has not been correctly recorded and due to incorrect recording of date of birth he is suffering adversely. seeking correction of date of birth representation was submitted by the petitioner but as the same has not been decided, petitioner has filed this writ petition. having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on due consideration of the facts as are stated in the writ petition, for the present without entering into the controvers.on merits, it is directed that on the petitioner's filing certified copy of this order, respondent no.2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to correction of his date of birth in accordance to rules, regulations and provisions applicable within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. with the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of. c.c.as per rules. 1 W.P.No.3620/2013 14/3/2013: Shri Sanjay Ram Tamrakar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petitioner is working as Khalasi in Tansi Project, Western Coalfields Limited and it is his grievance that his Date of Birth has not been correctly recorded and due to incorrect recording of Date of Birth he is suffering adversely.

Seeking correction of Date of Birth representation was submitted by the petitioner but as the same has not been decided, petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on due consideration of the facts as are stated in the writ petition, for the present without entering into the controveRs.on merits, it is directed that on the petitioner's filing certified copy of this order, respondent No.2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to correction of his Date of Birth in accordance to Rules, regulations and provisions applicable within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
