1 w.p.no.3837/2013 14/3/2013: shri a.k.gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner. certain awards have been passed by the labour court in favour of the petitioner and in execution of the award a revenue recovery certificate has been issued as is evident from annexure p/5. grievance of the petitioner is that the amount due to the petitioner is not being recovered and payment made. considering the fact that the question of recovery is pending before the competent authority namely respondents no.4 and 5 are directed to ensure that recovery proceeding in pursuance to certificate annexure p/5 are decided and concluded in accordance to law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. with the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of. c.c.as per rules. Certain awards have been passed by the Labour Court in favour of the petitioner and in execution of the award a Revenue Recovery Certificate has been issued as is evident from Annexure P/5.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the amount due to the petitioner is not being recovered and payment made.

Considering the fact that the question of recovery is pending before the competent authority namely respondents No.4 and 5 are directed to ensure that recovery proceeding in pursuance to Certificate Annexure P/5 are decided and concluded in accordance to law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
