14.09.2012. shri r.k.vishwakarma for the petitioner. shri s.s.bisen, government advocate, for the state on advance notice. petitioner is working as a revenue inspector in the office of deputy commissioner, land records, rewa and by the impugned order-dated 15.7.2012, petitioner has been transferred from rewa to jabalpur. challenge to the order of transfer is made only on the ground that petitioner has undergone by-pass surgery and, therefore, his transfer from rewa to jabalpur would adversely his health. considering the grounds by the petitioner in this writ petition, i see no ground to interfere into the matter. accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to take recours.to the departmental remedies available, the petition is disposed of. certified copy as per rules. Petitioner is working as a Revenue Inspector in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Land Records, Rewa and by the impugned order-dated 15.7.2012, petitioner has been transferred from Rewa to Jabalpur.

Challenge to the order of transfer is made only on the ground that petitioner has undergone by-pass surgery and, therefore, his transfer from Rewa to Jabalpur would adversely his health.

Considering the grounds by the petitioner in this writ petition, I see no ground to interfere into the matter.
