w.p.no.3664/2013 15/03/2013 shri a.d.mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. petitioner had approached this court in w.p.no.9706/2012 and it was the grievance of the petitioner that an appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the sub-divisional officer/ respondent no.3. taking note of the aforesaid grievance, on 8.8.2012 the w.p.no.9706/2012 was disposed of directing the appeals' committee to take a decision in the matter. it is reported that the appeal has been decided vide annexure-p9 dated 6.11.2012 but the order passed by the appellate authority is not being given effect to. the order of the appeals' committee annexure-p9 is to be given effect to and is to be enforced by respondent no.3. in view of the above, it is directed that on the petitioner's filing a certified copy of this order along with orders of the appellate authority before respondent no.3, the said respondent shall pass necessary orders with regard to grievance of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of documents that may be submitted by the petitioner. with the aforesaid the petition stands disposed of. W.P.No.3664/2013 15/03/2013 Shri A.D.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petitioner had approached this Court in W.P.No.9706/2012 and it was the grievance of the petitioner that an appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer/ Respondent No.3.

Taking note of the aforesaid grievance, on 8.8.2012 the W.P.No.9706/2012 was disposed of directing the appeals' committee to take a decision in the matter.

It is reported that the appeal has been decided vide Annexure-P9 dated 6.11.2012 but the order passed by the appellate authority is not being given effect to.

The order of the appeals' committee Annexure-P9 is to be given effect to and is to be enforced by Respondent No.3.

In view of the above, it is directed that on the petitioner's filing a certified copy of this order along with orders of the appellate authority before Respondent No.3, the said respondent shall pass necessary orders with regard to grievance of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of documents that may be submitted by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid the petition stands disposed of.
