w.p.no.4137/2013 15/03/2013 shri a.k.jain, learned counsel for the petitioners.issue notice to the respondents on payment of p.f within one week, returnable in four weeks. taking note of the manner in which the proceedings have commenced before respondent no.2 as is evident from the order sheets filed by the respondents, prima-facie, it seems that after hearing the arguments on the application for stay, no orders have been passed and as a result the elections would be held on 18.3.2013. keeping in view the aforesaid, even though elections are permitted to be held, results of the same shall not be declared and shall be kept in a sealed cover. list the matter on 8th of april, 2013 for further orders.till the next date, results of the elections shall not declared without leave of this court. certified copy today. Taking note of the manner in which the proceedings have commenced before Respondent No.2 as is evident from the order sheets filed by the respondents, prima-facie, it seems that after hearing the arguments on the application for stay, no orders have been passed and as a result the elections would be held on 18.3.2013.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, even though elections are permitted to be held, results of the same shall not be declared and shall be kept in a sealed cover.
