1 w.p.no.8116/2010 15/3/2013: shri sanjay patel, learned counsel for the petitioner. shri s.p.verma, learned counsel for the respondent- wife. shri s.p.verma, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the parties have compromised the matter, the marriage has been dissolved and in accordance to the agreement entered into, parties are living separately. in view of compromise entered into between the parties, nothing further survives for adjudication. however, if there is any development, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek review of this order. with the aforesaid, for the present this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous due to settlement entered into between the parties. c.c.as per rules. Shri S.P.Verma, learned counsel for the respondent- wife.

Shri S.P.Verma, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the parties have compromised the matter, the marriage has been dissolved and in accordance to the agreement entered into, parties are living separately.

In view of compromise entered into between the parties, nothing further survives for adjudication.

However, if there is any development, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek review of this order.

With the aforesaid, for the present this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous due to settlement entered into between the parties.
