Challenging the order-dated 12.5.2009 passed by the Administrative Member of Revenue Board, Gwalior in the matter of mutation with regard to land bearing KhaSr.NumbeRs.as indicated in paragraph 4(b) of the writ petition, measuring 1.698 Hectares, situated in Gaurgaya Tehsil, District Chhatarpur, this writ petition has been filed.
Records indicate that petitioner filed an application for mutation in the records with regard to the area in question before the Tehsildar.
The case was registered and vide order-dated 9.12.2004 the application for mutation was dismissed.
Similar application filed by respondent No.1 was also dismissed.
Challenging the order dismissing the application, appeals and revisions were filed and the same having also been dismissed, this writ petition is filed.
Concurrent orders have been passed by the Revenue Court, the Sub Divisional Officer and the Additional Commissioner in the matter of rejecting the claim of the petitioners and the Board of Revenue also finding no case for interference, has rejected the same.
Concurrent orders passed rejecting the application for mutation is not shown to be perveRs.or illegal to such an extent that interference at this stage in a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, is called for.
Accordingly, finding no case for interference, the petition is dismissed.
