w.p.no.21855/2012 15/03/2013 smt. saroj dehariya, learned counsel for the petitioner. considering the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner under section 60(1) of the m.p.minot mineral rule, 1996 is pending before respondent no.1, for the present without entering into the controvers.on merit, respondent no.1 is directed to decide the appeal in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. till the appeal is not decided, coercive steps of recovery against the petitioner shall remain stayed. with the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. certified copy as per rules. Considering the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 60(1) of the M.P.Minot Mineral Rule, 1996 is pending before Respondent No.1, for the present without entering into the controveRs.on merit, Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the appeal in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Till the appeal is not decided, coercive steps of recovery against the petitioner shall remain stayed.

With the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of.
