gauri shanker verma & anr. versus state of m.p.& ors.writ petition no.14832 ”11. 9.2012: shri praveen dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners.keeping   in   view   the   order   passed   under   somewhat   similar  circumstances   on   21.8.2012   by   a   bench   of   this   court   in   w.p.  no.12910/2006(s)   and   various   other   cases,   as   is   evident   from  annexure p­3 filed by petitioner, for the present without entering  into controversy on merits respondents are directed to consider and  evaluate   the   claim   of   present   petitioner   also   in   accordance   to  directions   already   issued   by   this   court   on   21.8.2012   in   w.p.  no.12910/2006 and decide it as already directed by this court. with the aforesaid the petition stands disposed of. certified copy as per rules.  (rajendra menon) judge ss/-

11. 9.2012: Shri Praveen Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioneRs.Keeping   in   view   the   order   passed   under   somewhat   similar  circumstances   on   21.8.2012   by   a   Bench   of   this   Court   in   W.P.  No.12910/2006(s)   and   various   other   cases,   as   is   evident   from  Annexure P­3 filed by petitioner, for the present without entering  into controversy on merits respondents are directed to consider and  evaluate   the   claim   of   present   petitioner   also   in   accordance   to  directions   already   issued   by   this   Court   on   21.8.2012   in   W.P.  No.12910/2006 and decide it as already directed by this Court.

With the aforesaid the petition stands disposed of.
