w.p.no.8954/2013 21/6/2013: shri k.c.ghildayal, learned counsel for the petitioner. shri r.s.siddique, learned assistant solicitor general for the respondents on advance notice. in the light of orders already passed by a co-ordinate bench of this court under similar circumstances in w.p.no.7926/2010 (s) on 20.7.2012 holding that against an order passed by the armed forces tribunal, the remedy of appeal to the supreme court under section 30 of the armed forces tribunal act, 2007 is available, we see no reason to take a different view and entertain this petition. accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to take recours.to the remedy available under section 30 of the armed forces tribunal act, this petition is disposed of.
