His earlier bail appoication has been dismissed after full consideration on merit.
As many as 29 incised wounds were found on the body of Badar Alam.
There is ample evidence on record against the appellant regarding his involvement in the commission of crime.
No ground for bail is made out.
The application is dismissed.
