Accordingtothepetitioner,thepostretirementduessuchas providentfund,arrearofsalary,interestofC.P.F,groupinsurance with interest, gratuity, leave encashment, differences of D.A of 50%,differences ofsixthpayrevision,D.A,RegionalAllowances, interimrelief,benefitofACP,differencesofCentralPayRevision, arrear of differences of time bound promotion and other retiral benefits have not been paid as yet, though he has made representationbeforetheRespondentsM.A.D.A.videAnnexure1.
