JUSTICE R.R.PRASAD For the Appellant: Mr. P.C.Tripathy, Sr. Advocate For the C.B.I :Mr. M. Khan, Advocate 3/ 6.9.13. I.A.No.6796 of 2013 Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned counsel appearing for the C.B.I on the interlocutory application bearing no.6796 of 2013 wherein prayer has been made for grant of provisional bail. Mr.P.C.Tripathy, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant has been suffering from cronic Asthma besides other diseases and the severity of the disease has increased to the extent that she needs care of her husband as oftenly she becomes unconscious and therefore, the Doctor who examined her at Bhuneshwar has referred her case before the Higher Center for further evaluation and in such situation, she needs to be taken to Higher Center but in absence of her husband, she cannot be taken to the Higher Center as nobody is there to take care of her. Submission advanced on behalf of the appellant gets substantiated from the prescription dated 29.7.2013 and 2.9.2013. In view of the facts and circumstances, let the above named appellant, during pendency of this appeal, be released on provisional bail, till 20.11.2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st AJC-cum-Special Judge, C.B.I (other than AHD), Ranchi in R.C.4A of 1991(R).
