3. 23.08.2013: This interlocutory application has been filed for amending the main writ application as indicated in paragraph no. 6 of the Interlocutory Application. It appears that main writ application has been filed challenging the notice for cancellation of LOA. During the pendency of this writ application, the said LOA has already been terminated. Petitioner wants to impugned the order by which LOA terminated. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow I.A. No. 6138 of 2013. Paragraph no. 6 of the I.A. and Annexure-18 annexed in the I.A. will become the part of the main writ application.
