Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of Arms Act, in connection with Manoharpur P.S. Case No.35 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No.226 of 2012. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner was apprehended on 4.8.2012 and from his possession, one country made loaded pistol and two extra cartridges were recovered. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Habil Cherwa is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M. K. Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Porahat, Chaibasa, or his successor, in connection with Manoharpur P.S. Case No.35 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No.226 of 2012. (H. C.
