Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 5.8.2013, requisites were filed for issuance of notice to the opposite party no.2 and the notice had already been issued to her but the opposite party no.2 has not yet responded to that notice. However, steps for personal service of notice as had been ordered could not be taken but the same would be taken within ten days. Let this matter be listed after three weeks in anticipation of appearance of opposite party no.2. Till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in Maintenance Case No.40 of 2010, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family court, Sahibganj. (R.R.Prasad, J.) ND/
