The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lapung P.S. Case No. 52 of 2005 corresponding to G.R. No. 3425 of 2005, S.T No.841 of 2012 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner and the other co-accused to have assaulted and injured the chowkidar in a Mela. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Karma Oraon on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner XIII, Ranchi, in connection with Lapung P.S. Case No. 52 of 2005 corresponding to G.R. No. 3425 of 2005, S.T No.841 of 2012. ( H. C. Mishra, J.) BS/
