.....17 (i) (ii) of the cla act, sections 3 & 4 of the explosive substance act and sections 10/13 of unlawful activities prevention act. there is allegation against 13 named and 50-60 unknown persons belonging to the extremists group to have attacked the house of the father-in-law of the informant and to have injured his father-in-law. the petitioner is also named in the f.i.r., but there is only omnibus allegation against him. in the facts of this case, i am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, binod paswan @ baban paswan on bail. accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned additional sessions judge 1st, chatra, in connection with pratapur p.s. case no. 34 of 2009 corresponding to g.r. no. 625 of 2009, s.t no.4 of 2013. MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : Mr.A.K.Chaturvedy, Advocate. For the State : A.P.P. ------ 4/ 19.08.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pratapur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 625 of 2009, S.T No.4 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 17 (i) (ii) of the CLA Act, Sections 3 & 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 10/13 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. There is allegation against 13 named and 50-60 unknown persons belonging to the extremists group to have attacked the house of the father-in-law of the informant and to have injured his father-in-law. The petitioner is also named in the F.I.R., but there is only omnibus allegation against him. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Binod Paswan @ Baban Paswan on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Chatra, in connection with Pratapur P.S.
