.....for the state. petitioners have been made accused for the offence under sections 379/411/34 of the indian penal code, in connection with chauparan p.s. case no.72 of 2013, corresponding to g.r. no.1262 of 2013. the case relates to theft of a truck and the petitioner rajendra singh was apprehended along with the truck itself, and he named the petitioner rakesh kumar also to be involved in the theft. in the facts and circumstances of the case, i am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. accordingly, the petitioners rajendra singh and rakesh kumar are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of md. abdul naser, learned judicial magistrate, 1st class, hazaribagh, or his successor, in connection with chauparan p.s. case no.72 of 2013, corresponding to g.r. no.1262 of 2013. Petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Chauparan P.S. Case No.72 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.1262 of 2013. The case relates to theft of a truck and the petitioner Rajendra Singh was apprehended along with the truck itself, and he named the petitioner Rakesh Kumar also to be involved in the theft. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners Rajendra Singh and Rakesh Kumar are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Md.
